Life SciencesLiability

TL;DR

Editorial photography of the pharmaceutical contract manufacturing, biotech laboratory, and compounding pharmacy operations that life sciences publications systematically struggle to source. Free to use with attribution. Request specific scenes through the contact form below; published quarterly.

Editorial photography

Photos for life-sciences publications.

We commission editorial photography of the pharmaceutical, biotech, and compounding pharmacy operations that life sciences publications systematically struggle to source. The generic stock libraries default to the same dozen images of generic lab benches and microscopes. Real cleanroom interiors, sterile fill lines, and compounding workflows are not represented.

When the library publishes, every photo will be free to use under the standard Unsplash license. Attribution: Photo: Life Sciences Liability with a link to lifesciencesliability.com.

The first shoot is scheduled for Q3 2026. Six categories will be released initially, with quarterly additions thereafter.

Categories

The six initial categories.

Use rights

Free to use, attribution appreciated.

Once published, photos will be licensed under the standard Unsplash license: free for commercial and non-commercial use, no permission required. Attribution is appreciated but not enforced.

Need an exclusive license, a higher-resolution file, a specific scene the standard categories above do not cover, or an embargoed-release first look? Send us the brief through the contact form below.

Connected practice pages

The photography categories above support the editorial content on our practice pages - CDMO insurance, 503B outsourcing, compounding pharmacy, CRO, medical device, biotech, GLP-1 compounding, and diagnostic and clinical labs.
