What is included

- Standing monthly 60-minute review of active MSAs, upcoming renewals, and open issues. Recorded; transcript and action items the next day.
- Same-day turn on any incoming MSA insurance section. You send it; we send back the clause-by-clause read by end of business day.
- Renewal prep starting 90 days before policy expiration: market submission, carrier strategy, coverage tower decisions.
- Sponsor compliance ledger - we maintain a sponsor-by-sponsor record of required coverages, endorsements, limits, and notice provisions across your entire portfolio.
- Carrier-specific commentary on submissions: which markets to push, which to avoid, and which specialty programs are likely to write your exposure.
What is not included
- Generic insurance shopping for unrelated lines (auto fleet, building coverage, employee benefits) - we focus on the lines that matter for sponsor MSA and contract compliance.
- Claim adjustment or claims advocacy - if you have a claim, we route to the carrier and follow up; we do not represent you against your own carrier.
- Legal advice on contract negotiation - we work alongside your legal counsel and provide commentary on insurance implications, not contract language drafting.
